Dawn Meyer Slemons
Dawn has been teaching in the Cincinnati area for over 20 years. She earned her BFA from Northern Kentucky University with an area of concentration in Education. She also earned an MFA from the University of Virginia where she graduated with honors. Dawn is a Member of Dance Masters of Ohio and is certified in Acro, Ballet, Tap and Jazz.
Kathy Meyer
Kathy is a member of Actor‘s Equity and continues to perform and choreograph for theaters across the US and students at JOB. Her performance credits include The Merry Widow with the NYC opera, European tour of 42nd Street and The Augsburg‘s State Theater‘s production of West Side Story in Germany. US tours include West Side Story, My Fair Lady and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Kathy has assistant choreographed in over twenty shows and most recently choreographed her first production of Christmas Carol at North Shore Music Theatre.


Michael James Tevlin
Mr. Tevlin is the Co-Director of the Summer Dance Program at Interlochen in Michigan as well as an Assistant Professor of Dance at the University of Cincinnati’s CCM. Before Cincinnati he was the Artistic Director of the Memphis Ballet. Mr. Tevlin toured the country for: Indiana Ballet Theatre and Milikin Dance Theatre. He earned his Actors Equity card at age 15 and appeared in over 50 musicals at the “Muny”. Mr. Tevlin is an associate of the Royal Academy of Dancing, and winner of the Queen’s Silver Jubilee Award, the only American so honored.

Alexis Weaver
Alexis began her ballet training internationally in Royal Academy of Dance, Kuwait Contemporary Dance Co., Minsk Ballet Co., the Center for DANCE in London, the Atlanta School of Ballet and the Governor’s School of the Arts in Kentucky. Her solo performance credits include: Cats, L’Apres midi D’un Faune, The Nutcracker, The King and I and Oklahoma. She is the proud parent of Graham, Sophie and Cole and has recently received her Pilates certification.

Christina Witte
Christina began dancing at JOB at the age of three. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts. While attending NKU she was actively involved in the NKU Dance Team and NKU Dance Troop. After college, Christina traveled with Universal Dance Association educating high school dance teams. For the last five years she has attended Teachers Training School for Dance Masters of America in Buffalo, NY. Christina recently received certification from Dance Master of America in Ballet, Jazz and Tap.

Josh Neff
Josh is owner of CIA Gymnastics and Tumbling and brings his expertise in these areas to Just Off Broadway.
Christy Smith
Christy is a graduate from CCM with a BFA in Electronic Media. Throughout her years as a student at JOB she studied acro, ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, musical theater, and hip hop. She is an alumni of the JOB Performance team, has been teaching dance and acro for over 10 years and is a member of DMA where she is certified in Ballet and Acrobactics. This year she attended Teachers Training School for Dance Masters of America in Buffalo, NY. Christy is also Safety Certified from USA Gymnastics.
Jessie Wing
Jessie currently works as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital.   She attended nursing school at Good Samaritan College of Nursing.  Her Anderson High School performance credits include: Annie Get Your Gun, Kiss Me Kate, Les Miserables, You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown and Carousel.  Jessie began dancing at the age of 2!
Lauren Lindsley
Lauren graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in Middle Childhood Education.  She is a sixth grade teacher at Monroe Elementary in New Richmond.  Lauren began dancing at the age of five and has studied hip hop,acro, ballet, lyrical and jazz.  She is an alumni of the J.O.B. Performance Team and has enjoyed teaching at Just Off Broadway for many years.

Olivia Policicchio
a native of Toronto, Canada however she considers Cincinnati, Ohio her home. Olivia has been training for 22 years and teaching for 8 years. Most recently, she performed with Cathy Rigby in Peter Pan. Her favorite roles include Victoria in Cats, Tiger Lily in Peter Pan, Consuela in West Side Story and Tammy in Hairspray. She’s also performed with Music Theatre Wichita in White Christmas and Damn Yankees. She received her BPA in Dance Performance from Oklahoma City University where she was a 4 year member of the American Spirit Dance Company and touring to Taipei, Taiwan. Other credits include: Graveyard Shift and Dick Foster's Spellbound at Paramount's King's Island and the Humanly Weathering of Love with the Dare to Be Soul Dance Co. under the direction of Destini Rogers of So You Think You Can Dance. Olivia teaches, choreographs and judges all over the country. She hopes to instill the love of dance in all her students through her passion for the art of choreography
Angela Fraiz
Angela is a student of Nursing at Xavier University, where she participates in the Xavier Players theatrical group and is a member of the Xavier Dance Team. She is a graduate of McNicholas High School. She has been dancing at J.O.B. since the age of six and has studied tap, ballet, jazz, acro, lyrical, and modern dance. Angela has also competed regionally and nationally on our competition team. She is excited to share her love of dance with our young dancers.
Elizabeth Lindsley
Elizabeth will be a freshman at the University of Cincinnati studying Education. She attended West Clermont Institute of Performing Arts (WECIPA), located on the Glen Este campus. She was a member of their dance company as long as a member of the J.O.B. award winning performance team. She has performed at Disney World, the Bahamas, and even Paris, France! Elizabeth loves to teach and claims that she continues to learn from her students here at J.O.B.
Cheri Dean
Cheri has been a Certified Yoga Instructor for seven years, teaching students of all levels. She specializes in teaching children's and adult classes at local corporations. Having taught children with special needs has brought her to a greater understanding of herself and others. As a child she studied dance, eventually studying with the Chatauqua Civic Ballet. She spent her summers performing at the Chatauqua Institute. Cher loves to share the foundation of dance and movements with others.
Michelle Redden
Michelle graduated from NKU with a bachelor of Science in Marketing and a concentration in Dance. She began her training at the age of 7 and has studied ballet, tap, jazz, musical theater and ballroom. She has competited nationally at the competition level and performed at various venues in Cincinnati. Additionally, she studied acting and voice and performed in several musicals. She is a second generation dance teacher who looks forward to sharing her love of dance with her JOB students.

Danielle Betscher

Danielle is a homeschooled high school student.  She was inspired to dance at age 2 when she attended the Cincinnati Ballet Nutcracker.  She has been a soloist and team member of JOB’s Perfomance Team for over 5years.  Danielle has won many regional and national scholarship auditions, is a frequent top 10 solo finalist and a Junior member of Dance Masters of Ohio.  She has assisted for the last 7 years, and is pleased to share her experience and passion for dance.

Rebecca Corbin

Becca is an honors student at Turpin High School where she is involved in theatre and cheerleading.  Becca has been dancing for 14 years and has been part of the JOB award winning performance team since 2000.  Becca has attended  national dance conferences and workshops to study different styles of dance.  Becca was a semi-finalist in the Cincinnati Area Overture Competition.  She is excited to share her love and knowledge of dance with children.

Ashley is a student at Turpin High School. She has been dancing for thirteen years, including eight years on the award winning JOB Performance Team. Ashley is a Spartan cheerleader and was cast as Lucy Shmeeler in Turpin's On The Town. She also has won many awards including 2009 Teen Miss Encore Dance. Ashley is thrilled to be a teacher at JOB and cannot wait to share with your children her love of dance.

Kelly is currently attending Turpin High School where she is a cheerleader and participated in the production of West Side Story.  Her performance Credits include the Know Theater of Cincinnati’s A Christmas Yet To Come and The Pillow Man.  Kelly has been dancing at JOB for more than 10 years and has been a part of JOB’s performance team since 2000.  She is honored and very excited to become a part of the teaching staff and share her passion for dance with every student.

Brittany Colyer

Brittany Colyer currently attends Glen Este High School.  She is a member of the Glen Este Dance Company and is a Prima Ballerina.  She performed in her high school musical, “Fame”.  Brittany has been dancing for over 10 years.  She is a member of the JOB Performance Team.  Brittany is excited to work with your children and to be involved with all the talented dancers.

Kelli Stratman is currently attending Anderson High School and is a member of the JOB Performance Team.  She has been dancing since she was four years old, and has been a part of JOB for ten years.  Kelli has been assisting for over five years and is currently a Junior Teacher.  After High School she plans on attending UC as a Psychology major and minor in sociology.  Working with children is something she loves to do.  She is excited to be teaching classes this year!

Ty recently graduated from the Performing Arts Program at Glen Este High School.  He has been dancing at Just Off Broadway for three years.  While dancing, Ty  has been a member of the award winning JOB Performance Team, The Pre-Professional Tevlin Ballet Company and the Glen Este Dance Company.Ty is very excited to kick off his teaching career at JOB and is looking forward to growing as both a teacher and dancer.

Hannah Aicholtz

Is a graduate of Just Off Broadway. She is currently studying dance at Wright State University. She was the 2010 Miss Dance of Ohio, and the 2009 Overture Scholarship Winner. Hannah has been a member of the JOB Family for over 15 years. She is trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, and Acro.

Allix Harrington

Allix Harrington is a graduate of Just Off Broadway. She is currently attending Pointe Park University. She has been dancing for twelve years, including ten years on the award winning JOB Performance Team.  She recently received 1st Overall in Ballet, Tap, and Jazz at Dance Masters of Ohio and attended the Rockette Summer Intensive at Radio City Music Hall this summer. She is thrilled to finally be a teacher a JOB and can't wait to share her love of dance with her students.

Emily Kinker

Emily graduated from the University of Cincinnati. She was a member of the award winning Bearcats Dance Team for four years. She previously danced at DMSD's Just Off Broadway on the award winning performance team since a very young age.
Lauren Kinker
Guest Teacher/Choreographer
Lauren graduated summa cum laude from Slippery Rock University with a BA in Dance and a BS in Exercise Science. She proudly performed in numerous dance theatre productions, choreographed/directed/produced IN Presence of Presents… Gift her senior year. Lauren was captain of SRU’s dance team, active in Student Government and the recipient of two leadership scholarships in Europe. She was named SRU Most Outstanding Senior Woman for 2004 and was crowned Homecoming Queen. Lauren is currently working as a Health and Fitness Specialist.
Katherine Schwing
Guest Teacher/Choreographer
Katherine trained at Just Off Broadway and is a graduate of SCPA with a dual major in dance and drama. She continued her training with a talent scholarship at Oklahoma City University as a dance performance major. Her performance credits include Sweet Charity, Annie, and The Producers Movie Musical with Mathew Broderick and Nathan Lane. She resides in NYC where she loves to teach and choreograph at Encore Performing Arts in New Jersey. Katherine most recently completed the year dancing in Paris, France.
